Location

The house is situated on the outskirts of a small village which is purely residential with 1 bar/restaurant where locals gather & visitors are welcome. There are no shops in the village but regular deliveries are made of bread, fish, fruit & veg & calor gas - also regular mail deliveries & refuse is collected 3 times weekly. Local fiestas, in old Canarian style, are held in the village plaza.

The nearest town is 10 mins away providing all amenities such as supermarkets, doctors, dentists, opticians etc & a range of local shops not forgetting the local town hall & church square & plaza where more fiestas are held. A market is held every weekend where locally produced fresh fruit & veg can be purchased at very reasonable prices. The town also supports a sports centre & indoor swimming pool as well as numerous restaurants & cafes.

This is a house set in a very peaceful situation, away from the tourist areas yet within easy reach of the beaches & holiday amenities but also a place where one may walk for miles amongst the pine trees & enjoy the pungent country air & the amazing peaceful tranquillity that is rare to find nowadays.
